Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know before joining our classes
Are materials included? +
Yes. Standard clay, tools, and basic glazes are included unless a class listing specifies otherwise.
What should I wear? +
Wear comfortable clothing you do not mind getting clay on, and closed-toe shoes. We provide aprons.
Is the studio accessible? +
Yes. Our workspace is accessible, with adjustable wheel heights and a quiet corner for sensory breaks.
Can I reschedule a missed session? +
We offer one makeup session per course when space allows. Contact us as soon as possible to arrange it.
Do you fire outside work? +
We prioritize student work. Limited outside firing is available by appointment and subject to safety review.
How do I choose my level? +
Beginners should start with “Beginner Wheel” or “Hand-building: Pinch to Planter.” If you can consistently center and pull even walls, try intermediate wheel classes.
What is your cancellation policy? +
See our Terms for full details. Generally, full refunds are available 7+ days prior to start; partial credit within 7 days.
How do favorites and the cart work? +
Use the heart icon in the catalog to add classes to favorites. When ready, add to cart to book. Favorites and cart are stored in your browser.
Do you offer private lessons? +
Yes. Book “Private Coaching: Technique Tune-Up” or “Private Duo: Wheel for Two” in our catalog, or contact us for custom scheduling.
